Anything of value should be documented.  Here is a list of items to consider, though you may have other assets to include:

• Jewelry

Your assets will be captured using high-resolution digital photography.  Small items, such as collectibles and jewelry, will be staged under bright LED lighting to capture subtle nuances and identifying characteristics.  

In addition to photographing each item, all accessible serial numbers, manufacturer and model information, and/or unique identifying features will be noted.  Your final inventory catalog will include all of that information, plus a description of the item and the accompanying digital images.  

Any receipts, warranties, and appraisals provided at the time of service will be scanned on site and included in the final catalog. 

There are two ways to catalog your collections.  Be it coins, figurines, baseballs, comic books or Funko Pops, the collection can be  photographed and documented as a complete set or the items can be inventoried and documented individually.  This may be the better option if the items are valuable individually and apart from the rest of the collection.    We can create a custom package for you exclusively for your collectibles.  

Absolutely.  The founder of Risk Ready, Todd Grossman, is a veteran police officer who has extensive experience handling firearms.  However, it is his policy that any firearms to be inventoried are rendered safe prior to beginning the cataloging process. 

• Semi-automatic pistols: Magazines removed and working slides locked in the open position to reveal an empty chamber.
• Revolvers: Cylinders open to show the weapon is unloaded
• Rifles: Magazines removed (if applicable), bolt locked open 

*All firearms must be unloaded prior to our appointment.  Loaded firearms, or firearms that cannot be demonstrably proven to be unloaded will not be inventoried.  

We can stage your jewelry using contrasting retail-style displays and an LED-illuminated lightbox to capture the most thorough and detailed images possible.  The goal is to document the features that make the pieces uniquely yours.  We can create a custom package for you exclusively to showcase your jewelry.

We will not open containers and boxes. If you wish to inventory the contents of a container or box, an additional charge may be assessed if not previously discussed and included in your estimate.     

If you feel something has value and is worth cataloging, we will absolutely include it in your home inventory.
